Blue and Gold 2008

A blue and gold banquet is a birthday dinner for the Cub Scouting program, held during February, the anniversary month of the Boy Scouts of America, which was organized in February 1910.

It's also a time to celebrate the advancements and accomplishments of the Cub Scouts and to share a few laughs and stories with parents and Cub Scouts.

Our theme this year was "Cowboys" and we had a special demonstration of horses and gear from Mindy Smith of Splatter Paint Farms.

I saw a lot of parents take photos this year so we may have a few more pictures added to the gallery later.
